The Electoral Commission (EC) has set August 8 and 9 as days for its mop-up exercise to afford eligible voters who could not register during the mass registration exercise to do so.
Those who could not register are to visit the district offices of the EC to register.
The final phase of the registration exercise will end tomorrow [Thursday, August 6, 2020].
But a statement from the EC on the mop-up exercise said “eligible applicants who wish to register should visit the District Offices within their Districts to be registered”.
The EC has so far registered a total of 15,117,438 prospective after 31 days of the ongoing exercise.
