Step 1 Brush 1 tbs dressing from sachet in salad kit350g pkt Kitchen Green Goddess Salad Kit over the salmon4 (460g in total) Tasmanian Salmon Portions Skin Off, each cut into 4-5 pieces. Reserve the remaining dressing.
Step 2 Finely chop half of the almonds from the salad kit. Scatter over the salmon. Season.
Step 3 Spray an air fryer basket with oil. Place half of the salmon in prepared basket. Cook at 200C for 8-9 minutes or until salmon is golden and just cooked through, adding the remaining almonds to the air fryer in the last 2 minutes of cooking. Transfer to a plate. Repeat with remaining salmon.
Step 4 Pour the reserved dressing into a small bowl and stir through lemon juice1 tbsp fresh lemon juice until combined.
