Our urine tells us so much about our health. Our urine color may be an indication to some health disease which may not be aware of. Different urine colors have different meanings. In this article, you will see some colors of urine and what they tell you about your health.

1. CLEAR URINE

If your urine color is clear, it is not a sign if any disease. It shows that you system is okay and you are well hydrated. Also, this may be a sign that you are over hydrated meaning that you take too much water.

2. YELLOWISH URINE

There are different shades for the yellow urine, there is the pale, dark yellow and amber.

For the pale yellow, this is the normal color of the urine. If you notice that your urine is pale yellow, it means that you are healthy and well hydrated.

For the dark yellow, this means that your body may be lacking some fluids that are important to it.

For the amber, it shows that you are dehydrated. If you notice that your urine is Amber color,you should try taking more water.

3. RED OR PINK URINE

If you notice that your urine is red or link in colour, this is a sign that there is blood present in your urine and this means that you may have some health challenges. Immediately you notice this color of urine, you should immediately go to see your doctor to avoid further damage.

4. ORANGE URINE

If your urine color is orange, this may be a sign of a liver disease. You should go to see your doctor to confirm this. Also, orange urine is also a sign of adult onset jaundice.

5. DARK URINE

If your urine is dark in colour or brown it may also be a sign of dehydration. Also, it may be a sign of bike present in the urine which is very harmful and this may be as a result of a liver disease. You should immediately see your doctor once you notice this color of urine.
