Ibrahim Mumuni, a Ghanaian mechanic who moved to the United States, claims to earn more money than a Ghanaian minister. Although he works as a blue-collar worker, the Ghanaian diasporan stated categorically in an interview with Kofi TV that he is able to travel back to Ghana whenever he wants.

Whenever I visit Ghana, I make a point of visiting the best tourist attractions and making my stay as memorable as possible before returning to the United States to continue my work,” he explained.

Ibrahim, on the other hand, cautioned Ghanaians who believe that life will automatically improve once they travel outside of the country, particularly to the United States.

“Things work much better here, but the thing about America is that if you are not very hardworking when you come here, you will end up homeless,” he added.
