It’s Illegal To Spread False Information; We’ll File A Police Report Against Shatta Wale if…. — ASEPA Ghana
If the report of attacks on dancehall artist Shatta Wale is a fake, the Alliance for Social Equity and Public Accountability (ASEPA) has threatened to file a police complaint against him.
It follows numerous social media claims that the controversial singer had been shot by unknown gunmen.
Shatta Wale’s personal assistant was the first to report the alleged social media abuse. He went on to say that his boss was being treated in an Accra hospital’s emergency room.
ASEPA commented on the development, saying that Ghana is a law-abiding country where no one should be permitted to spread lies.
