The rapper, whose true name is Montero Lamar Hill, took to Twitter to inform his fans of the news as he was seen being rushed into the hospital on a stretcher with some nurse workers attending to him.

The 22-year-old rapper gave birth to a vinyl-sized album cover for the long-awaited “Montero” in the video.

The musician, who indicated a few weeks ago that he would be releasing his debut album, has officially confirmed that it is called “Montero.”
