The Manchester United midfielder has now eclipsed Sergio Ramos, who has 180 caps for Spain, as the most capped international for a European country.
Ronaldo scored the game’s first goal in the 37th minute, and Jose Fonte added a second three minutes later.
Andre Silva of RB Leipzig scored the game’s final goal in the final minute.
On Tuesday, Portugal hosts Luxembourg in the first match of their World Cup qualification campaign.
