Consuming alot of sugar is harmful to the body and can lead to alot of changes in the body and can also disrupt the normal functioning of the body. There are some signs that you will experience whenever you are consuming alot of sugar.
INCREASED FATIGUE
Whenever you consume too much sugar and your sugar level is high, the body will not be able to store and absorb glucose also, the cells in the body will not get the energy they need and this can make the person feel tired for no reason.

The kidney will be unable to absorb urine when the sugar level in your blood is high. As a result of this, urination will be more frequent because the body is trying to equalize the glucose concentration in the blood.
DEHYDRATION
When your sugar level is high, the mouth becomes dehydrated which can lead to a high thirst and a very dry mouth.
DRY SKIN
When you consume too much sugar, you begin to urinate frequently and this can lead to a very dry skin because the body loses water frequently.
WEIGHT LOSS
When you consume alot of sugar, you tend to urinate frequently and by this the body loses alot of fluid which will then result in weight loss.
