A lady on social media has posited that Valentines Day is all about s£x and not chocolate sharing as we have come to accept.

Valentine’s Day; celebrated on the 14th of every February approaches again reminding us of the love that we share with close relatives, friends, husbands, and wives, and lovers in general.

It is the time of the year that we reciprocate the love that we have received from our respective partners but over the years, it has been given a different meaning by Ghanaians who always indulge certain social vices in a bid to show love.

While it has become the norm for unmarried people to engage in premarital sex as a symbol of Valentine’s, condoms also tend to become scarce in pharmacies around the country.

Now chocolate has become the symbol of Valentine’s Day in Ghana after Kufuor introduced that in an attempt to consume more of Ghana’s cocoa products.

Making her stand known on what she thinks about the Valentines, she asked ladies who are into receiving chocolate to date the late Tetteh Qurashie since he’s the one who brought cocoa to Ghana.
