A piece of pumpkin, preferably this old pumpkin, washed and peeled.2
Cut into pieces and steam until cooked.3
Pumpkin is easy to cook, usually it takes 15-20 minutes.4
Put it into a food processor and add milk.5
Beat into a fine paste.6
Pour into the pot, cook over low heat, add sugar and stir.7
Pour in the light cream and cook until thickened.8
Pour into a bowl and smooth out with a spoon.9
