The cheese used here is processed cheese, the kind that is soft and melts when heated, the kind used in hamburgers.2
Wash the salmon, dry it, and cut it into pieces; chop onions, spring onions, and parsley; cut tomatoes into small pieces and set aside.3
Put oil in the pot and stir-fry the diced onions until the onions become soft.4
Add salmon and stir-fry until halfway cooked.5
Add shallots and continue to fry until salmon is medium cooked.6
Add vegetarian stock and bring to a boil.7
Add cheese and add French sour cream after the cheese is completely melted.8
After boiling, add tomatoes, season with salt and black pepper, and continue cooking until tomatoes are all cooked.9
Finally add chopped parsley. (Don’t worry about adding too much stock and making the sauce too thin, because the acid in the tomatoes will coagulate the protein in the dairy products, so the tomatoes must be cooked thoroughly to ensure you get the perfect sauce)10
While the sauce is cooking, you can boil the pasta in salted water until it is fully cooked.11
Put it on a plate, pour the sauce on it, and it’s ready to go. I wish everyone a good appetite~
