Prepare materials and equipment and get ready to start work.2
Add 4 tablespoons of condensed milk into a cooking cup.3
Prepare 2 tablespoons of black tea leaves and put them into the strainer (a mesh bag made of gauze would be better).4
Pour boiling water into the strainer filled with tea leaves, then soak for a while and stir evenly.5
Pour in appropriate amount of evaporated milk.6
Add half a cup of ice cubes to the finished cup and pour in the stirred milk tea.7
A cup of cold Thai milk tea is complete.
1. Because a large amount of ice cubes need to be added, the recipe here is based on the amount of 800ml milk tea.A cup of concentrated milk tea, diluted into ice cubes.
2. If you want to drink it hot or with less ice, you can reduce the amount of tea and condensed milk.
3. What I use here is a general tea filter, so there will be some tea powder in the finished product. It would be better if there is a gauze filter or a wire mesh milk tea filter.
4. If you make it at home, you can directly brew it in a cup and add ice. You don’t need to brew it in another cup and then pour it into the cup with ice cubes. This saves trouble.
