Ingredients required: apples, dates, dried figs, wolfberries, and astragalus.2
Wash the apples and cut them into thick strips.3
Put all the ingredients into the health pot together.4
Add pure water to the highest water level.5
Press the health soup button and simmer for 30 minutes.6
Don’t turn off the power after cooking. The water will automatically turn on to heat after it cools down. But if no one is home, the power supply should still be cut off.
If you don’t have a health pot, use a small pot to simmer over low heat! Note: No rock sugar!
