Ingredients (4)
- 1kg cream delight potatoes
- 3 garlic cloves, sliced
- 1 tbsp fresh rosemary leaves
- 2 tbsp olive oil

Method
- Step 1 Preheat oven to 200°C/180°C fan-forced. Cut potatoes into 2cm pieces. Place in large roasting pan.
- Step 2 Add garlic, rosemary and oil to potato. Toss to coat. Season with salt and pepper.
- Step 3 Roast for 40 minutes, or until potatoes are golden, turning halfway through cooking. Serve.
