Combine 1 cup quinoa and 2 cups water in a deep saucepan.2
Bring to a boil, turn to low heat, cover the pot and cook until all water is absorbed (about 10-15 minutes).3
Remove the quinoa and drain the water in a bowl.4
Chop the basil and parsley and mix into the quinoa.5
Add raisins,Chickpeas, almonds and olive oil.6
Season with salt and pepper.
